This weekend will be an exciting time for the Call of Duty community, as the first Beta for the highly anticipated title of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare will be taking place for PlayStation 4 (PS4) players. Fortunately, you will not have to wait until the official start date of the Call of Duty: Modern Warfare to download the Beta application on your PS4.
Players who have pre-ordered Call of Duty: Modern Warfare on the PS4 now can pre-load the Beta on their console. This pre-load capability means players can have the Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Beta downloaded before its official release date and will not have to wait for it to download when the servers go online.

Once you have redeemed your Beta code, you will be able to head to the PlayStation Store and download the Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Beta application.
The Early Access period for the Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Beta will be taking place between September 12th to the 13th for PS4 players who pre-ordered the game. All PS4 players will then have the opportunity to try out the newest entry in the legendary first-person shooter franchise from September 14th to the 16th.
