Bungie spills some Halo 3 beans

New maps, vehicle and armor

Once again, Bungie have been at their weekly updating again, this time showing off two new maps, armor, a new vehicle and some permutations.

First on the cards is Last Resort, which is apparently a “spirited remake” of the Zanzibar map seen in Halo 2. Though it’s pretty darn similar, the addition of a much bigger walkway and the fact the interior is simply a lot larger with more entry points should bring some freshness.

The second map featured is named Epitaph, which resembles a cathedral of sorts. There are multiple levels with a series of external hallways all leading to one central space. It was featured in the now-closed multiplayer beta but has since been modified significantly.

The update also spoke of new unlockable armor for multiplayer,  and a vehicle that can reach 75 mph by the name of Brute Chopper-which has four cannons that fire in quick succession.
