Build-A-Bear Adds Gengar as the Latest Pokemon Plush

The Build-A-Bear lineup of Pokemon plushies are absolutely adorable, and there are several to choose from like Mew, Charmander, Pikachu, and Scorbunny to name just a few. Given how many Pokemon there are in general, Build-A-Bear has a lot of options when it comes to adding new Pokemon plushies to their lineup.

What have they decided to add as the latest Pokemon plush? Gengar! That’s right Gengar fans, if you’re in the market for an adorable Build-A-Bear plush of Gengar you’re in luck as the bundle for Gengar is live right now on the Build-A-Bear website.

The bundle is priced at $53 (USD) and includes Gengar, a purple Poke Ball coat, and a 5-in-1 sound chip. Note that the Gengar bundle is only available for U.S. customers and there’s a limit of 5 orders of the Gengar bundle per customer.

Other relevant info about the Gengar plush includes it being too large to fit inside Build-A-Bear’s standard-sized gift box and Cub Condo, that you can’t purchase Gengar unstuffed or request stuffing adjustments, and that you can’t add a scent (sorry, Gengar can’t smell like Lavender… Town).

None of that is really a huge deal, although we kind of think a lavender-scented Gengar would be kind of neat to have. Anyway, you can see more of the Gengar bundle on the Build-A-Bear website along with all of their other Pokemon plushies.

After hearing that Build-A-Bear is adding Gengar to their lineup of Pokemon plushies, we’re curious to hear your thoughts. Are you planning to buy a Gengar plush from Build-A-Bear? What other Pokemon would you like to see get the Build-A-Bear treatment?
