Wolfenstein 2: The New Colossus takes place in an alternate timeline where Germany wins World War 2 and places the United States under Nazi rule, a fearsome scenario where heavily armed soldiers and mechanical contraptions terrorize Americans. Fortunately, series’ hero BJ Blazkowicz won’t stand for it, and he sets off to destroy the heart of the Nazi war machine with some help from an unlikely group of friends, including a Nazi defector!

Bethesda’s latest trailer for the game, dubbed No More Nazis!, includes a generous helping of footage that shows off incredible-looking visuals, a variety of enemies and a welcome amount of bloodshed. Watch as Nazis get shot in their heads, blown to bits, melted and even hacked apart with an axe. Of course, being from the States, the scene with the tattered American flag that transitions to a Nazi flag with confetti fluttering around fills us with rage, and the only cure is to empty all the machine gun clips into the game’s enemies. Celebrate the New American Order? No thanks!

Also, what the heck is going on at 1:45? Hide the kids!

The message is clear. If you want to mess around with an impressive arsenal of guns and slaughter bad guys, Wolfenstein 2: The New Colossus belongs on your must-buy list when it releases on October 27th for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC; Nintendo Switch owners will have to wait until 2018 to get their hands on this one.

For now, we have impressions of two missions from Wolfenstein 2: The New Colossus. In what appears to be the intro (The Reunion), we blast our way off a ship, while in the other stage, Roswell, we go underground with a nuclear weapon. Fun times, and we can’t wait to dive into the full experience this fall.
