Batman: Court of Owls Game By WB Teased Again

WB is back with more Batman: Court of Owls game teasers.

WB is back with more Batman: Court of Owls game teasers following a very active beginning of 2019 with a string of clever hints at what their upcoming title will be. There’s one small difference: this time it isn’t actually WB teasing Court of Owls, instead, it’s a DC comics writer tickling this particular fancy.

DC comic fans may know Scott Snyder from his work on the Court of Owns storyline as part of Batman’s New 52 arc. Fans keeping a close eye on him following numerous teasers and leaks noticed that he responded to a particular post from WB Games Montreal with a very enticing “Wait for it …” caption followed by the hashtag #bewarethecourtofowls.

Apparently he may have said too much, because the original tweet has since been deleted but once something is on the internet, it’s there for good.

Poor Snyder:

Ohhhhh man, he deleted it….BUT I GOT DEM SCREEN SHOTS pic.twitter.com/QUM8HiF7CP

Earlier last year, WB Montreal assistant producer Valerie Vezina suspiciously dropped a major clue as to what the new project could be about with a photo of the team teasing a new project donning Court of Owls attire. For those that are unfamiliar with the Court of Owls, they are a group of villains set up in Gotham that are seen as the masterminds behind the city and how it operates. Known for their ability to take a situation and bend it to their will, this group is powerful and a worthy opponent to Batman himself.

We’ve known for quite some time now that WB Montreal had two DC games in the works and they’ve already proven that they know how to give DC fans a solid Batman story with Arkham Origins. Pair that with the fact that the studio has vehemently shot down Superman rumors, it looks like the very epitome of justice is about to have another shot at the spotlight.

Excited for a potential Court of Owls gaming narrative or are you salty over no Superman?
