Here are some additional details about the switch launch from the Apex Legends website

“Apex Legends will launch on Switch with support for cross-platform play, our latest seasonal content, and full feature parity with the other versions of the game.

Plus, since we’re launching a few weeks after the start of Season 8, Switch players will be granted 30 free levels for their Season 8 Battle Pass. For the first two weeks after launch, playing on Switch will also earn you double XP.”

Apex Legends is still free to play on the Nintendo Switch and will not require a Nintendo online Membership to play.

Many have been waiting to try out the Switch version, and it’s finally upon us. No additional details about if it will run at 30fps or 60, but it’s probably safe to assume it’ll be 30.

Apex Legends enters its eighth season of content today and introduces the next Legend Fuse. There is plenty to see in the world of Apex Legends, and soon Nintendo Switch players will be able to add to King’s Canyon’s carnage.
