The Nintendo 3DS managed to rule the console roost as the top-selling system.  Games like Luigi’s Mansion: Dark Moon and the just-released Donkey Kong Country Returns 3D certainly helped.  The Xbox 360 came in second place, followed by the PlayStation 3.

Meanwhile, Injustice: Gods Among Us, Warner Bros.’ superhero-laden brawler, sat firmly at number one for the month, followed by Activision’s Call of Duty: Black Ops II – which continues to be a best-seller thanks to the new Uprising pack – and Donkey Kong Country Returns 3D.  Other top 10 games include Dead Island: Riptide, Metro: Last Light and Bioshock Infinite.

The summer will get a little slower when it comes to releases, but it’s nice to see people getting their game on.
