It was announced a few months ago that Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson would be the main cover star for 2K Games’ upcoming WWE 2K14 when it releases later this year. However, that isn’t stopping the company from offering you the chance to create the perfect alternative.
The publisher has kicked off a contest where you can take one of many WWE personalities and create your own dream cover for the wrestling game, then submit it and see if it’s chosen to be on the inside sleeve.
Here’s how the contest works. First, head to the official WWE 2K14 page and download the assets for which superstar you want on the cover. These include such wrestlers as Sheamus, Randy Orton and even oddball entries like Santino Marella and Sin Cara. From there, put together your cover, then tweet a link to it on Twitter using the hashtag #WWE2K14COVER. 2K Games will then choose a winner.
This contest will run through July 23rd at 11:59 PM EDT. Please don’t choose Michael Cole.
WWE 2K14 hits stores October 29th for Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3.
