The Cultist Circle brings a lot of randomness and excitement in Escape from Tarkov. You may get some garbage items or maybe a couple of expensive Labs keycards from sacrificing random items you don’t need. However, did you know that there are several “fixed” Cultist Circle recipes implemented in the game so you can get exactly what you need? While there isn’t a recipe for all the great items, there are some that may help you finish a quest or two for a couple of items. Here’s a list of the Cultist Circle recipes in Escape from Tarkov.

Apart from SSD Drives and SAS Drives, all recipes on the list can only be used once. If you add any item to the recipes after obtaining the rewards, the items will be treated based on their item value.
SSD and SAS Drives are repeatable and they are practically the best cultist recipe to find great loot since you may get several expensive keys and keycards from it. However, the only thing you need to worry about is reaching certain thresholds because reaching a certain sacrifice value will have a 25% chance of turning your rewards into items you need for your quests.
If you are aiming for some keys and info items, you might get some quest items instead if you add expensive items along with the SSD and SAS Drives. Here are the details regarding the value threshold when sacrificing items:
- ₽350,001+ – gives you a chance at high-value items (sacrifice will take 14 hours if you reach this threshold).
- ₽400,000+ – 25% chance to receive items you need for quests or items needed for your hideout (if the 25% hits, the sacrifice will take 6 hours).
The reason why SAS and SSD Drives might be giving high-value items is that they might easily match the ₽350,001 thresholds when combined with the right items. Apart from these drives, everything on the table is fixed and has been experimented on by the community.
It would be funny if they added a Cat Figurine that gives you a CAT hemostatic tourniquet.
