Dervis, who is a character you meet early on in the story of the game, will ask you for your help collecting artifacts to help fund the rebellion. This side mission should be done in batches because he will ask for three artifacts initially, then six, and lastly nine. Once it happens, wait for the shape to align with the shape behind it. If you fail, the NPC will notice and you’ll need to run away. To reset everything, just wait until the alerts are all gone.

Does Dervis give anything in return?

Doing this mission is worth your time because he gives out crafting resources every time you hand in artifacts. This is important in the long run because you need them to craft on top of the schematics you find.
