Sword Art Online: Alicization Lycoris has secret Ex skills (or secret class skills) that you can unlock by interacting with Warrior Statues.

Zone: Mildea Plains – Mildea Lighthouse savepoint
Look to the west of the savepoint and you’ll notice an island with a rock formation across the lake. Swim all the way there (you might need to hop on a nearby island first since there’s an invisible wall).
Once you reach the island, use Create Metal to create a platform. Then, cast Tailwind so you can climb up the ledge.
The Warrior Statue here will allow you to unlock “Flash Bind.” Later on, you can pick up the new skills that’d pop up.
