Genshin Impact: The Theater Mechanicus’ Armory – Tower upgrades and best options

When you check the Armory page of Genshin Impact‘s Theater Mechanicus activity, you’ll notice several contraptions. These are called Veneficus Mechanicus, and I’ll just refer to them as “towers” from now on.

Anyway, only five are available today; the rest are unlocked in the coming days or upon reaching a new Festive Fever stage. We’ll discuss the default ones primarily, though I’ll still add some tidbits about the remaining towers when they go live:

Note 1: Remember that each tower upgrade requires Veneficus Sigils (the costs increase depending on the level too). Also, consider the cap/maximum number of Veneficus Sigils you can hold for the current Theater Mechanicus stage (i.e., 900 on day 1). When you’re close to the cap, just spend some sigils on tower upgrades. Then, play a few more mini-games to earn sigils again.

Note 2: Since Genshin Impact‘s Lantern Rite event just started, we still have a lot to learn when it comes to additional maps and towers in the coming days. Make sure to bookmark this guide since I’ll continue to update it based on new information.
