Genshin Impact: Peak of Vindagnyr and In The Mountains guide
Genshin Impact's "In the Mountains" quest leads to the summit of Dragonspine. Here's our guide to help unlock the Peak of Vindagnyr domain.
Starting “In the Mountains”
Once you reach Genshin Impact’s Dragonspine area, you’ll probably beeline for the Statue of the Seven. Go ahead and unlock it so you have a fast travel point that can also fully heal your party. You’re going to need it due to the effects of Sheer Cold.
Next, take a look at the nearby cavern. You’re told that strong gusts of wind prevent your team from heading further inside.
Still, there might be people who could help.
Fast travel to the Adventurer’s Campsite which you can automatically mark on the map. It’s north of the Snow-Covered Path and southeast of Springvale.
In the camp, a woman by the name of Iris tells you that there are shards that are causing the freezing wind.
These need to be destroyed if you want to gain access to the peak and the domain itself.
As seen in the map below, the shards are located in the Snow-Covered Path, the Entombed City Outskirts, and the Starglow Cavern. First, let’s go to the Snow-Covered Path.
