Twinning Isle (west): Sudden Attack and Duty Calls

There’s another large island that’s directly west of Twinning Isle (it has a Waverider spawn point).

 

“Sudden Attack” can be found along the beach next to two hilichurls.

Next, climb the rock formation until you reach the top. This has half of a shipwreck that’s part of a secret sidequest called “From Outer Lands.”
