The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild blew fans away on Nintendo Switch with its stunning open-world and beautiful story. Now, during Nintendo’s E3 showcase, we have confirmation that a sequel is in development, though more than that is still very much hush hush.

The most important thing is that this isn’t DLC, it’s an actual and proper sequel. We don’t know the details yet, nor even a release date, but we do know that it will follow the events of the first game, which is enough to get any Big N fan excited for what’s next!

In the video above, you can see Link and Zelda traversing a dark dungeon with nothing but a scant torch. That’s it, short and simple, with the tagline “The sequel to Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild is in development,” and that’s when the crowd went wild.
