Control from Remedy Entertainment set players on an exciting and unique video game journey when it officially was released. However, as with the majority of games in today’s industry, developers work to create content that is to be added to the game later on in its life. This addition of new content will be taking place for Control and was confirmed through the official reveal of the title’s content roadmap for 2019-2020.
Sam Lake, Creative Director of Remedy Entertainment, took to Twitter on Wednesday, September 11th and revealed the content roadmap that Control will be following for the next year, and it is jam-packed with some eye-catching content.
You can find everything that will be added to Control through its current roadmap below:
- Photo Mode – Fall 2019
- Expeditions – December 2019
- The Foundation – Early 2020
- AWE – Mid 2020

The fourth piece of the content roadmap for Control had the most people talking, as many believe AWE to be the “Alan Wake Expansion” from the image included in the content roadmap and the confirmation throughout Control’s story mode that the world’s of Alan Wake and Control are profoundly connected in the form of a Remedy Entertainment multiverse.
There is no denying that this newly revealed content roadmap will have players enjoying the world of Control even more throughout the next year.
