Earlier this month we showed you how could play Ciri in Resident Evil 2, now it's the main man's turn in the spotlight. That's right, another new mod is out now for PC players to enjoy and this time it's The Witcher's witcher himself: Geralt of Rivia.

This Witcher 3 Resident Evil 2 mod comes from 'Awimosa' and it's a pretty impressive reskin of Leon. For those looking to blend the world of witchers and zombies, the modder does mention that in order to use this new mod, the 'fluffyquack' mod manager is required in order to install this creation while making sure it performs smoothly and without interruption.

The modder also added that there are a few known bugs to look out for, namely one glitch that effectively removes Leon's head. To avoid this bug, know that this mod is not compatible with other DLC costumes, the only exception to this rule being the Arklay Sheriff.

Ready to take on Resident Evil 2 as Geralt of Rivia? You can download the free mod on PC right here through Nexus Mods. As for the game itself, Resident Evil 2 is available now on Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC. For more about the horror remake:

"The genre-defining masterpiece Resident Evil 2 returns, completely rebuilt from the ground up for a deeper narrative experience. Using Capcom's proprietary RE Engine, Resident Evil 2 offers a fresh take on the classic survival horror saga with breathtakingly realistic visuals, heart-poundingly immersive audio, a new over-the-shoulder camera, and modernized controls on top of gameplay modes from the original game."
