Ah, the Halo energy sword AKA Destroyer of Friendships. While the Energy Sword can mean Very Good or Very Bad things in-game, it means Very Good things for your room. At least when it comes to this nifty Halo holiday gift idea I stumbled across when looking for cosplay ideas.
I’m a huge lover of Halo and a huge lover of collectibles, so that pretty much means I’m always on Etsy looking for some cool things to get my fandom on with. That’s when I stumbled upon this really awesome Halo Energy Sword lamp that is simple, yet perfect and is amazing for Halo fans of all ages.
According to the creator’s shop listing, “Spice up that lonely end table with a glowing piece of video game love. This Halo inspired light is perfect for a corner table, night stand, or the sleeping quarters on your Pelican.
“Lamp is made of laser cut and polished 1/4″ acrylic (the sword blades of transparent fluorescent blue, the handle and stand of translucent dark blue) giving the piece a very clean look. Each lamp measures about 22″ when fully assembled, and each energy sword clocks in at 18″.”
They also mentioned that the sword part lifts up, so if you don’t want a lamp but just a cool collectible, it can be that too!

Honestly, even tightening by hand works just as well. Either method, you should be up and running within minutes. One bulb included.
