Shopkeeper: Colonel Catcher

You can find many of the Colonel’s items hiding in the Wooly Wilderness, but you should still visit the Colonel (and not just to admire his impressive mustache). He’s got a very special item: the Mosh-Ray upgrade, levels 2 and 3.

Upgrading your Mosh-Ray will help you discover any shy Moshlings that are lurking about. (Keep in mind that even with a maxed out Mosh-Ray, you have to have all the houses ready and upgraded before all Moshlings will come out of hiding.)
