The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim will be patched to version 1.1 on at launch day, Bethesda community manager Nick Breckon has confirmed on NeoGAF.

“All platforms going to 1.1 by 11/11/11,” Breckon wrote. “There’ll be notes when the time comes.”

Bethesda has also already pledged to release fewer add-ons for Skyrim, but will make them “more substantial”. Skyrim will also not end at the game conclusion, allowing players to continue to play afterward.

We already know that the first two add-ons for The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim will be timed exclusives for Xbox 360.
