How to Get Arceus in Pokemon Brilliant Diamon and Shining Pearl

To get Arceus in Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl, players will need to update their game to the 1.3.0 version and have a Pokemon Legends: Arceus save file on the Nintendo Switch system they are playing on. The Arceus file must also have all of the main missions completed to be able to get Arceus in Diamond and Pearl.

In Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl, players need to have entered the hall of fame (beat the Elite Four) and obtain the National Dex.

To receive the National Dex, players must see all of the Sinnoh Pokemon. Luckily this means you don’t have to have caught all of them; simply just have them logged in your Pokedex from encountering them.

Once players have met all of these requirements, they need to head to Spear Pillar, and the Mythical Pokemon Arceus will reveal itself for players to battle and catch.

There are a lot of requirements to obtain Arceus in Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl, but what did you expect? It is, after all, the god of all Pokemon and the creator of the universe.
