For the Quest, all you need to do is visit Shipwreck Cove, which means once you land or arrive at the location the Quest should be marked complete. As a reward for completing the Quest, you’ll earn 45,000 XP.
In the past, other Quests at the Shipwreck Cove location have included destroying boats, and if you’re in need of materials you can certainly do this while you’re here.
