During the latest Dying 2 Know Gamescom Edition Stream, Dying Light was announced to be coming to the Nintendo Switch. This version of the game will be the Platinum Edition and contain all of the previously released DLC content for Dying Light.
Dying Light Platinum Edition Coming to Nintendo Switch
Not only is Dying Light coming to Nintendo Switch, but it’s getting a physical release with some extra goodies for fans to snag. The physical release features the game, a survival guide, some Dying Light stickers, and a map of the world.
It’s a pretty solid package that fans surely will be excited about. We don’t have a release date for the Switch version nor a price tag. It seems like it’s going to be a bit before more information about the release is given.
If you missed the announcement of the Nintendo Switch version, which was part of a bigger Gamescom live stream talking about the parkour and combat of Dying Light 2: Stay Human, you can check out the full episode below.
It was however a nice surprise for those looking to play Dying Light on the go. As we’ve seen time and time again, any game can find its way to Switch eventually.
