Square Enix Confirms Final Fantasy XIV Cookbook, Coming in November

It was basically leaked by some online bookstores a few weeks ago, but now it’s official. Square Enix has announced The Ultimate Final Fantasy XIV Cookbook. The book is set to launch on November 9, 2021 and contains 192 pages. There are all kinds of recipes in the book based on various facets of Final Fantasy XIV, and Square Enix is insisting the instructions are step by step and “easy to follow.”

The Ultimate Final Fantasy XIV Cookbook appears to be as much a collector’s item as it is a guide to trying bizarrely-named meals. It’s a hefty, hardcover tome and it includes a foreword by Final Fantasy XIV director Naoki Yoshida. I hope it includes advice on how to come up with all the time he seems to have.

Also, while various retailers will sell the book along with the Square Enix store, GameStop will be stocking its shelves with an exclusive cover variant, seen below:
