The past few seasons of Fortnite Battle Royale have seen Epic Games add Overtime Challenges near the end mark of a content period. These Fortnite Overtime Challenges consist of completing various tasks to unlock new styles for the particular season’s Battle Pass skins and other rewards. This will be no different for Season 9 of the popular battle royale game, as the community has gotten their first glimpse of what the Fortnite Season 9 Overtime Challenges will be.
Fortnite Season 9 Overtime Challenges
Community members were able to get their first look at these new tasks thanks to well-known dataminer Lucas7yoshi who was able to uncover the Fortnite Season 9 Overtime Challenges in the files of the v9.40 update that went live on Wednesday, July 17th. You can find all of these upcoming tasks for the battle royale title and their completion requirements below.
Fortunately for players looking to complete these tasks without too much trouble, the Fortnite Season 9 Overtime Challenges are pretty straightforward.
From reaching certain tiers in the current season’s Battle Pass to scoring a goal on an indoor soccer pitch, there are not any complex or mysterious tasks players will need to complete to collect all of the rewards shown in the image above. Avid players should likely have the Battle Pass tasks already completed and will have no problem completing any of the various other objectives when playing a few matches.
Those who complete all of these Season 9 tasks will receive 15,000 points of experience in what should be the final boost many players need to finish leveling up their Battle Pass and secure all of the remaining cosmetic item rewards waiting for them.
With next season’s start approaching soon, Epic Games will have the Fortnite Season 9 Overtime Challenges added into the battle royale title very shortly.
