The prompt for the first activity is “Disrupt hostile activity throughout the city.”

The solution for the prompt is to complete three hostile open world activities. The hostile activities are any of the red icons that can randomly appear in enemy-controlled regions on the map. This includes Aerial Recon, Elite Patrol, Propaganda Broadcast, Public Execution, Settlement Blockade, Supply Convoy, and Territory Control. These can be done in any region on the map.

The hint for the second activity is “The factions are boosting their recruitment efforts. Make sure the message doesn’t spread.”

The answer to the second riddle is to complete two Propaganda Broadcast activities. The Propaganda Broadcast is an open world activity marked by a megaphone symbol on the map and consists of surviving small waves of enemies. The two activities can be completed in any region.

The solution to the third activity is to eliminate 10 Black Tusk enemies. The challenge is for any Black Tusk enemy, regardless of rank. This can be easily done by completing one Invaded mission or completing one or two Black Tusk activities in the West Potomac Park region.
