Fortnite Salty Springs Treasure Map Location Guide

One of the Fortnite challenges for Week 3 of Season 4 involves following a treasure map found in Salty Springs. Solving the Salty Springs treasure map challenge will reward players with 10 Battle Stars for their Battle Pass. This guide will explain where to find the treasure marked on the Salty Springs treasure map in Fortnite Battle Royale and help you complete one of the Week 3 challenges. 

Although the treasure map is found in Salty Springs, its exact location may not be the same for everyone. Luckily, you don’t need to find the Salty Springs treasure map itself to collect the treasure it points to. However, you do need to have purchased the Season 4 Battle Pass in Fortnite in order to complete the Salty Springs treasure map challenge and unlock its reward.

Salty Springs Treasure Map Solution 

The Salty Springs treasure map in Fortnite displays an image of a swirl pattern. This quite clearly points to the dirt racetrack on the east side of the map, just south of the new superhero mansion in Lonely Lodge. 

To find the treasure marked on the Salty Springs treasure map, you’ll need to search the southern part of the racetrack, near a stack of tires and mound of dirt within the top of map grid section J7.

If you are looking in the right spot, a Battle Star will pop up from the ground. Collect the Salty Springs treasure to complete the challenge and rank up your Season 4 Battle Pass in Fortnite.
