Pathologic 3 Save File Location on PC
Here we go again.
After plenty of anticipation and excitement, Pathologic 3 is finally out on PC and PS5. Ice-Pick Lodge has cemented itself as one of the most prolific developers of the last decade, especially on PC.
If you’re enjoying your time on PC and want to access your local progress data, here is the save file location for Pathologic 3.

You can find the individual save files in the Saves folder, but it’s easier to just back up the Pathologic 3 folder within the Ice-Pick Lodge folder for any future use or backup purposes.
The same location can be accessed by entering the following address in Explorer or Windows Run:

Pathologic 3 Steam Features
Pathologic 3 has the following features on Steam:
- Steam Cloud: Your save files are uploaded to the Steam Cloud after you close the game and are downloaded on any other device you’ve signed into.
- Steam Family Sharing: If you own a copy of Pathologic 3, members of your Steam family can access it in their libraries.
- Steam Input: While the game has native support for multiple controllers, you can always use Steam Input to get third-party controllers to work without much trouble.

Despite a good number of features in-game, players are a bit disappointed by the lack of localization support for more than just English and Russian. Given it’s the third entry of the series, a bit wider localization effort was anticipated. Thankfully, the developers have confirmed in their launch FAQ that work for more languages has already begun, and it couldn’t be accommodated before because of the increased scope of the sequel.
If you already own previous entries in the series, you will receive an additional discount for Pathologic 3 on top of the already 20% launch discount. Overall, the PC version is in good shape, and thanks to its modest system requirements, most players will have a decent time. It’s also playable on the Steam Deck if you adjust a few settings.
