Here’s everything you need to know about the Happy Bingo in Story Seasons Grand Bazaar.

How to Unlock the Happy Bingo in Story of Seasons Grand Bazaar

To unlock the Happy Bingo feature, you must reach the City Bazaar title or rank 4/7 for Zephyr Town. After reaching City Bazaar Rank, the Happy Sprites are going to visit you during the day and tell you all about the Happy Bingo.

As soon as you enter this cutscene, you’ll immediately have access to the Happy Bingo cards. How does Happy Bingo work?

Happy Bingo Mechanics Explained in Story of Seasons Grand Bazaar

To clarify, Happy Bingo is not a limited-time event; it is a full-fledged feature of the game.

The Happy Bingo is exactly what it sounds like: You are going to play Bingo. For those who are unfamiliar with Bingo, each player receives a Bingo card with several open squares arranged in a 5×5 grid.

Each square represents a number, in this case, an activity that you must finish to get a completed marker on the square. If you finish a whole horizontal, vertical, or diagonal line with completed markers in the bingo card, you get a reward.

You can get multiple rewards for each horizontal, vertical, and diagonal line as well. There are five total rewards for horizontal and vertical lines and two for diagonal lines. The grand prize is awarded after completing the whole card.

Since there’s no time limit to complete a Happy Bingo Card, there’s no pressure to complete the activities.

As of patch 1.1, there are four Deluxe Bingo Cards and two general Happy Bingo Cards (Easy and Hard). Each Deluxe Bingo Card awards one of the exclusive cosmetics upon completion.

Most of the activities are easy. You can find activities such as foraging, cooking, petting animals, harvesting crops, selling at the bazaar, or anything natural in your daily and weekly routine. But there are some activities that are challenging, and some are even mysterious.

How to Find the Mysterious Sparkly Light

One particularly confusing Happy Bingo Card activity is finding the mysterious sparkly light. The Happy Sprites leave them randomly, possibly in the Mountains, Zephyr Town, Bazaar, or even the Park.

The only way to find them is to thoroughly explore the areas. The spark is a bit different than your typical lost item quests, similar to ones like June and Isaac, which makes you wonder why everyone is losing stuff around here. Anyway, the mysterious spark from the Nature Sprites sparkles a little blueish. You’ll immediately notice it once you find one, and they are much easier to find at night.

How to Claim the Happy Bingo Rewards

To claim your Happy Bingo rewards, you’ll have to wait until bazaar day. You can only claim your rewards through the Happy Sprites stall. During bazaar day, talk to Penny and select the “Happy Bingo” option.

This will open up your Happy Bingo Card, and each completed line should have a claim option on the right side of the menu. You simply need to choose whether the reward you are claiming is horizontal, vertical, or diagonal.

There are four Deluxe Cards that reward the following: Pirate Glider (Black), Captain’s Hat & Captain’s Coat, Pirate Glider (Green), and Seafarer’s Dress. Each reward corresponds to the grand prize of a Deluxe Card, so you should finish all four Deluxe cards to collect them all.

Once you finish all four Deluxe Cards, you can switch to the regular easy and hard cards so you can capitalize on random rewards.

These rewards should help you progress your bazaar quicker as well as have something to do in the endgame when everything is finished and you are just trying to complete everything else, including the extremely grindy donation ranks.
