Hogwarts Legacy: It’s All Gobbledegook Puzzles Guide

Hogwarts Legacy guide – It’s All Gobbledegook puzzles

The It’s All Gobbledegook quest in Hogwarts Legacy becomes available during the later portion of the campaign:

• Complete Charles Rookwood’s Trial, which will cause the season to change to winter, marking the beginning of the late-game stage.
• Complete Fire and Vice, where you help Poppy recover a Dragon Egg.
• And, finally, complete Professor Weasley’s Assignment (Transformation spell).

The Hogwarts Legacy It’s All Gobbledegook quest should then pop up on your quest log. Your initial objectives are to talk to Amit in the Astronomy Classroom, and then Lodgok, the same goblin you helped out with the Helm of Urtkot.

So, what exactly can you expect in the goblin mines? Well, first, you’re going to encounter the Eye Doors. As the name implies, these are doors that will spot you if you get close. The only way to open them is to activate stealth using Disillusionment (as seen above).

The other type of puzzle involves forges. Basically, you have to light the forge using Incendio or Confringo. Then, look for a nearby handle that you can pull with Accio to activate a mechanism. For instance, in the first area with several hostiles, you’ll need to sneak past the door. You’ll see the forge there, so go ahead and light it. Next, go back to the previous area and pull the handle, which will slow down the rushing water. This lets you climb up the side path to open a Legendary Chest.

A bit later, you’ll come across a larger chamber with a lot of goblins and poachers. The Hogwarts Legacy It’s All Gobbledegook puzzle here is fairly simple: light the forge and pull the handle so you can go to the last section. But, before you do that, you might want to check the back right area. There’s a grate her that you can shoot, and the crawlspace leads to a Collections Chest.

And, finally, the last chamber also has similar contraptions. Get past the Eye Door and grab the goblin plans. Then, light the forge and pull the handle so you can ride the elevator. As you’re making your way out, use Revelio to spot a level 2 lock. If you’ve upgraded your Alohomora spell, you can get another Collections Chest in the room.
