Early box art showcases a sexy-looking Spartan standing over the Master Chief we know and love. Is this a brand-new Halo character, or did Master Chief trade in his Spartan armor for a shiny new model? For now, this is the biggest mystery surrounding the game.
Halo 5 runs at 60 frames per second on dedicated servers
In layman’s terms, you should expect lightning fast speed unlike anything you’ve experienced in previous Halo games. Think Call of Duty quick.
Halo 5 is bigger than Halo 4
How large remains to be seen, but 343 Industries mentioned dreaming about this sort of scale for more than a decade. Is Halo 5 an open world game like Grand Theft Auto 5? That’s up for debate.

Barring a surprise partnership with Epic and that company’s Unreal Engine, it appears 343 Industries built a next-generation engine from the ground up specifically for Halo 5: Guardians that takes advantage of Xbox One’s ecosystem.
