Titanfall Arcade Pays Homage to Asteroids

1979 arcade games are much better with a Titan.

If you can no longer wait for Titanfall‘s March 11th release, pass the time with Titanfall Arcade. Launched a short while ago, this Internet spin-off lets gamers enjoy an Asteroids style experience free-of-charge, but instead of controlling a tiny ship hurtling through space, they blast apart rocks as a Titan.

The game is simple and mindless fun that does a great job tipping its virtual cap to the 1979 arcade mega hit. Even better, we’ll eventually get new games based on Missle Command and Centipede!
