Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light Now an Xbox Live Freebie

This run-and-gun adventure is now free for Gold subscribers.

Earlier this month, Microsoft started off is 2014 Games For Gold program on the right foot with Square Enix’s spectacular Sleeping Dogs. Now, it’s chosen yet another quality title from the company, the downloadable action/adventure Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light. The game is now available for free for all Xbox Live Gold subscribers.

In the game, Lara teams up with a mystic warrior named Totec, in the hopes of stopping an evil being from awakening the forces of darkness. Featuring intricate level design and arcade-style gameplay, the game’s a lot of fun – and introduces co-op support for the first time in the series.
