Southwest has announced that Mario was at Love Field in Dallas this morning, ready to award 100 lucky customers with a nice little holiday surprise – a Wii U bundle featuring two games, New Super Mario Bros. U and New Super Luigi U.

The customers will be chosen at random, it seems, but those flying into the area are likely to get their hands on a system. No word yet on how long Mario intends to stick around, so try to spot him when you can.

If you miss out on the free bundle, you can still get your own at retailers everywhere for $299.
