Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag is roughly two months away from its current-gen release, and to get players excited for the latest chapter in the assassin saga, Ubisoft revealed a new gameplay video taken straight from the Gamescom event in Cologne, Germany.

In the video, Edward Kenway attacks a fort, first destroying its outer defenses using the Jackdaw’s mortar cannons, then moving in to eventually sneak past soldiers – or kill them, if he’s in the mood – and assassinate the fort’s commander, thus taking control of the territory. Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag releases on October 29th for Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, Wii U and PC, and later in the year for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
