Skulls of the Shogun Invading Steam/PC Next Week

Get ready for the Bone-a-Fide Edition of this turn-based strategy game.

Skulls of the Shogun, a strategy game that got its chance to shine on Xbox Live earlier this year, is about to find another place to lay the smackdown.

The developers at 17-Bit announced that the game will release on Steam/PC starting next week in an all-new Bone-A-Fide Edition. This pack will come with additional goods not in the XBLA release, including four extra levels, a new monk character called the Tanuki, six additional multiplayer maps and developer commentary. In addition, you’ll get precious Steam trading cards as well.

The game normally goes for $14.99, but 17-Bit already released the game through Steam Early Access for the lower price of $11.99.  If you get it today, you can start playing immediately, taking part in the multiplayer beta as well as local, real-time Skulls Online and Skulls Anywhere modes.

Happy Skullcrushing.
