Fans of Injustice: Gods Among Us should be happy to return to the fighting arena today, as WB Games and Netherrealm Studios has added yet another character to the ranks.
Batgirl has officially jumped on board the roster and can be downloaded now on Xbox Live and PlayStation Network. You can buy her up for $4.99 (400 Microsoft points), or download her for free if you’ve previously bought the Injustice Season Pass. This trailer explains her origins as well as why she chooses to fight her battles as her own persona, instead of letting Batman have all the fun.
Some new skin packs have also been released for the game, including a new Superman-based Red Son pack and Joker-oriented Killing Joke costume pack. You can get them for $2.99 apiece (240 Microsoft points). If you’re a comic book fan, you won’t want to pass these up.
Don’t worry Wii U owners, you’ll still be getting this DLC for yourselves sometime this summer. We’ll let you know when a date has been given for content arrival.
