When we talk about some of the pivotal Nintendo Super NES classics that have come out of the years, no list would be complete without the inclusion of Super Metroid. This sequel hit on all the right notes, from its elegant level design to its epic boss battles to its rousing conclusion. But in case you haven’t discovered it yet, or you just want to spend your Summer falling in love with it all over again, Nintendo has some good news for you.
The company has added the 16-bit sequel to its Virtual Console line-up on the Wii U and it’s available for download now on the eShop. Since it’s part of Nintendo’s new promotion for the service, you can snag it for just under a dollar.
