If you’re an Animal Crossing fan, then the number 32 should ring some Bells. That’s right, only 32 days left until June 9th, the release day of Animal Crossing: New Leaf for the 3DS! It’s been four years since the release of the last game in the series, and to get fans new and old back into the swing of things we are starting a New Leaf blog series.

New Leaf has loads of improvements and upgrades and as Mayor of your town, you have a lot of new features and adventures waiting for you. In our blog posts, we’ll give you tips on how to run (and not run) your town, the scoop on new and returning villagers, how to make the most of your play schedule, and more! For those of you keeping your Animal Crossing needs filled with City Folk, we’ll also have some pages from the Prima Animal Crossing: City Folk strategy guide to tide you over.

However, as New Leaf is introducing some major additions to the Animal Crossing series, we are also mixing it up with the New Leaf guide. The strategy guide will be a smaller trim, similar to the Japanese guide. At 5.3 x 1.4 x 8.5 inches, it’s shaping up to be an over 500-page monster with a protective dust jacket. It’s the perfect size to slip in your bag and take along with your 3DS. You can pre-order the guide, here.

We can’t wait to share more insider info with you in the coming weeks. So get your finest stationary ready to take down notes and let us know what you think.

Until next time, neighbor!
