Sound Shapes Getting New DLC Later This Month On PS3, PS Vita

80's + Dubstep = Dance Party?

Sound Shapes, Queasy Games’ offbeat little music platformer for PlayStation 3 and PS Vita, has been musically working its way into our hearts since its release last year, and the team isn’t done yet.

It’s been confirmed today that two new music packs will be coming out for the game via downloadable content later this month on May 14th.  These two packs will introduce two fun music styles to the game, including an 80’s oriented pack and… dubstep.  The packs were previously released in Asia but were lacking a U.S. release date until now.

Additional items will also be made available in the construction mode, as well as Beat School mode.  Pricing hasn’t been revealed for the packs yet, but they shouldn’t be too much more than $3 each.

Sound Shapes is available now as a digital download for PlayStation 3 and PS Vita.
