Wealth Hand Weakness in Persona 3 Reload (P3R)

If you encounter a Wealth Hand during your venture into Tartarus, you’ll want to deal as much Strike Damage as quickly and powerfully as possible. Strike Damage refers to standard damage that you and your team can deal without using your Personas, so don’t bother bringing out those Evokers during a battle with these particular enemies.

You can either use “magic” through your Personas that have joined your team or use raw power to damage your foes. For enemies such as the Wealth Hand, your standard attacks will be the easiest way to take these horrifying hands down a few notches and claim the goodies they’ve been hoarding away.

Where to Find Wealth Hands in Persona 3 Reload

There are technically two different variants of this particular Shadows — the Wealth Hand and the Treasure Hand. The Wealth Hand can be found within the first and 26th floors of Tartarus, whereas the Treasure Hand is found in the later stages of the labyrinthian maze that lies before you.

While the Wealth and Treasure Hands are considered Rare Enemies, you’ll still encounter a fair number of them throughout your adventure. Make sure you continue using straight-up Strike Damage to hurt them as much as possible, and you should be able to dispose of them quite easily.

What is the Treasure Hand’s Weakness?

Treasure Hands are weak to Light attacks. Light moves can be fairly difficult to get early on, but there are a few ways to acquire them. Starting from 28F in Tartarus, you’ll get a chance to get the Unicorn and Archangel Personas through regular Shuffle Time opportunities. They come with a Light move each, so grab them if you see them available.

You can also fuse both Unicorn and Archangel. We highly recommend a fusion calculator like the one here. Archangel can be fused through Apsaras + Forneus or Apsaras + Jackfrost. Unicorn can be fused via Pixie + Ara Mitama or Orpheus + Onmoraki.
