Tomorrow’s Nintendo Direct special, which will be live on the company’s website tomorrow morning at 10 AM EDT, should bring some great new announcements for the 3DS. And it seems we might also be seeing a new model of the system itself.
A U.K. retailer named ShopTo has unveiled a newly colored 3DS XL system that ties in with the forthcoming release of Animal Crossing: New Leaf. The system is white colored, but with little fruit and leaf symbols taken straight from the game scattered all over the system. The bundle – which also includes a digital copy of New Leaf – is rumored to be priced at around 189.85 Euros with an arrival date of June 14th.
Nintendo hasn’t confirmed the system just yet, but don’t be surprised if it’s officially unveiled tomorrow.
The system looks good…but nothing can tear us away from our limited edition black Zelda 3DS. That thing’s just too beautiful to turn away.
