When it came out last year, Resident Evil: Revelations shook up the Nintendo 3DS gaming landscape – and also made up for the flawed The Mercenaries game that came out beforehand. (Ooh, look, you can erase game progress!) But if you somehow missed out, or just prefer playing it on a console, you’re in luck.
Capcom has announced that it will release Revelations as a general release for game consoles, including the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and Nintendo Wii U. The game will sell for $50 — $10 below normally priced software – and come backed with a number of features, including updated high-definition graphics, the ability to play as Hunk in Raid mode, a new enemy to battle, an even harder difficulty setting (for those that can stomach it) and brand new weapons and custom parts to play around with in Raid.
You can check out the debut trailer below. We’ll have a full preview in the weeks ahead for you, giving you an idea what to expect. Besides scary dead things on a boat, that is.
Resident Evil: Revelations hits stores May 21st.
