The epic voyage to the land of the Na’vi gets to a whole new level in Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora. The game is ready to be released on many different platforms (including PC), but it is a bug that I’m not seeing it being available on Steam?
Is Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora on Steam?
Unfortunately, Frontiers of Pandora is not available on Steam and it’s exclusive to the Ubisoft store. This is not uncommon to happen with many Ubisoft games, and they rarely find their way to any other store like Steam or Epic Games, so if you’re thinking about visiting Pandora on your PC, you’ll have to do it through Ubisoft’s launcher.
The game also demands quite a powerful rig to run it, so if you don’t meet those high requisites, you might be better off getting it for any console if you can. Some people just outright refuse to play anything from Ubisoft’s store due to past issues they had with some other games, but that’s the only alternative you have if you really want to go for the game.
There have also been no announcements for a Game Pass release yet, and it doesn’t seem like the game will be a late addition to Xbox’s gaming services. This could be changed in the future as the title is indeed coming to Xbox Series X|S, too, so there’s still a slight blink of hope there if you want to try it out for five bucks.
Frontiers of Pandora is a first-person adventure survival game where the player takes the role of a Na’vi that’s interacting with its own kind for the first time after being isolated for years. By exploring this beautiful yet mysterious world, they can finally become real Na’Vi and discover something worth protecting in their native lands as long as they’re on the correct platform, of course.
