Skyfall Downloadable Content Now Available For 007 Legends On PlayStation Network

But it won't be on Xbox Live or PC until November 20th.

As some part of a promotional tie-in with the movie that hits theaters today, Activision has announced that it has released new downloadable content for its 007 Legends game on PlayStation Network that ties in directly with James Bond’s latest adventure, Skyfall.  As you can see from the trailer, it mimics the events in the film rather closely, with Bond’s counterpart Eve (Naomie Harris) mistakenly shooting him off a train and sending him into flashback mode.

Now the reason we say it’s a promotional thing is because the content has only been released for PSN.  It’s still due to release on Xbox Live and PC, but it won’t be coming for another week and a half, on November 20th.  These chapters follow events with the opening of the film, involving a chase after a hard drive, but no word yet if its main villain, Silva, will appear.

The DLC is free of charge, so you don’t have to worry about plunking down any change on it.  No word yet on how the content will be distributed for the Wii U when that version releases.

007 Legends is in stores now for Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC, and coming November 18th for the Wii U.
