Ubisoft’s Shootmania Storm has been making its way around the competitive first-person shooter market since it made its grand debut at the Electronic Entertainment Expo a few months back. But now it looks like it’s nearing the finish line, just in time for the new year.
The Nadeo developed game will be released to the public on PC on January 23rd, promising tons of cool levels and weapons to mess around with while you mow down friends.
But that’s not all! The company is planning a new beta that will kick off this December, with several software updates in tow. You can sign up for it here: http://shop.ubi.com/shootmania and get ready to take advantage of new modes, and special abilities like the “Laser Jump,” “Wall Jump” and “Grappling Hook”. A “Welcome Build” will also be made available for new users. Oh, and did we mention you’ll be able to create tournaments?
Look for a preview of Shootmania soon. Complete with lots of shooting.
