Sometimes you just have to take the good news with the bad.

During the Sony press conference last night leading up to the Tokyo Game Show, Keiji Inafune of Comcept came out to talk about Soul Sacrifice, a thrilling new game coming to the PlayStation Vita.  After showing off a breathtaking new trailer for the game (which we’ve included below), he confirmed that the game has been slightly delayed from its previously announced late 2012 release, and will instead be coming in early 2013.

He’s also set up 20 kiosks of the game at the event and will be paying very close attention to user feedback, so he can make the game even better when it releases.

We’ll have a preview lined up for you very soon, but in the meantime, soak in the trailer here and prepare to love your Vita again.
