The herculean task of getting 9m extra XP compared to 42 is doubtlessly the hardest one to complete. It will take weeks of repeatedly catching and evolving various creatures, almost at a religious level, before you can even get across completing this requirement. It’s the main roadblock, that’s for sure, but it’s not like doing it is impossible. It just takes a tremendous amount of time.

Stardust and the cumulative Charged Attacks will most likely come as a side effect of all that grind. And if you somehow haven’t stacked those numbers up, it’s not hard to grind them up by hatching eggs and evolving three-stage Pokemon.

Legendaries will also eat a good amount of your time when looking for them. They’re usually available through Raid Battles and will frequently vary, meaning that you’ll need to wait a few weeks before catching all of your required 5 Legendaries. And, of course, a little bit of luck to get them into that Pokemon quickly.

Good luck in your leveling journey!
