I find Veronica’s morose and positively villain-like aura to be absolutely charming, so you know I had to recruit her ASAP. But is she worth swapping one of your tried and true Emblem Rings for? The answer is yes. Not only is Emblem Veronica capable of summoning, but she’s also brutal when used with high health pool heroes, can prevent counterattacks, and her Engage skills allow allies to attack again. She also has fantastic synergy with Veyle and Ivy. But let’s get into the details.

Emblem Veronica’s Sync Skills

  • Reprisal: If unit’s HP is not full, adds 30% of lost HP to Atk.
  • Contract: Use to grant another action to an adjacent ally who has already acted. (Ally cannot move.)
  • Summon Hero: Use to summon a random unit.
  • Hlioskjalf: A staff wielded by Emblem Veronica. If user initiates combat, foe cannot counterattack.
  • Mag/Dex +1: Grants Mag +1 and Dex +1.
  • Book of Worlds: Book of Worlds advances 1 stage (to max 5) for each consecutive round that unit uses Wait. Reverts to base stage if unit triggers the effect.
  • Knife Guard 1: If foe is equipped with a knife, unit takes 1 less damage during combat.
