With the Primal Rumblings event going on in Pokemon GO, it is time to start preparing for the major Hoenn Tour event coming to the game in late February. Before all the Generation III fun begins, we need to prepare by unlocking the ticket for bonuses the week beforehand.
Though Primal Rumblings is a separate event, it holds the access that Trainers will need to earn the ticket for special bonuses and a unique medal. Luckily, the challenges to unlock the Pokemon GO: Hoenn Tour ticket bonuses are fairly simple and will not take long at all.
Pokemon GO: Hoenn Tour – How to Unlock the Special Bonuses Ticket
Primal Rumblings is the precursor to the GO Tour: Hoenn festivities, and this much smaller event will go live on February 17. As soon as Trainer’s log into the game, they will have the Special Research story, and Special Research never goes away once it is claimed. The ticket for the Special Bonuses in Pokemon GO is part of this research as the final reward. Below you can find all of the steps for completion.

Along with the ticket at the end of the research, you will also be able to choose whether you go with Ruby or Sapphire for your final medal. Of course, this is in honor of the games and the Primal Forms that are on the way with the latest tour, so make sure to get this done while you can.
